Teachers iN Training Ltd is a consulting firm that has its roots in the public education sector. We are familiar with most areas that are related to the education of students and the development of teachers and Principals.
Lowell Leffler is the founder and president of Teachers in Training. He is an experienced coach, trainer, and professional educator with over thirty-four years experience in the public school system in Alberta. During that time he has served as a Junior High classroom Science teacher, a Principal, a Deputy Superintendent and Superintendent of Schools. Prior to his retirement in 2008, Lowell worked with the Prairie Rose School Division for 21 years.
Lowell is available to work with individual School Jurisdictions for half-day, full-day or multi-day commitments. He is available for one-on-one consultations, workshop formats or large audience Keynote presentations. All presentations are customized for your specific needs of topic and length of program.
Lowell’s credentials include:
- Masters of Arts in Administration and Curriculum
- Bachelor of Education degree
- Service at the Provincial Executive level with the College of Alberta School
Superintendents (CASS)
- Committee membership on the Teacher Induction Program (TIPS) – in partnership
with Alberta Education, the University Education Departments, CASS and the Alberta
Teachers Association
