A 'complete program package':
Lowell is available to work with school systems to tailor a comprehensive induction program that will best meet their needs. This could involve the development and delivery of the first year of the program or even an entire comprehensive three-year program. Working with the Central Office staff and School-based Administrators, Lowell would create and deliver a multi-day Summer Induction program, a mentorship component and on-going induction workshops throughout the year. Such an intensive and comprehensive program would involve a large time commitment. In order to ensure that adequate time could be devoted, the number of such programs would be limited to only a few per year.
