Everything was clearly laid out and organized. The rationale for everything you’ve chosen to do for your new teachers was sensible yet allowed for us to tailor our own plans to our own division. The handouts make it possible to go back and easily create our own. All in all, I’d say you’ve saved us weeks (maybe months) of work!
